Welcome to Milking Mommas. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our online store at [STORE URL] (the "Store") and any purchase you make from us. 1. Eligibility

2. Our Products

We sell maternity clothing, nursing and pumping accessories, and related motherhood essentials. We work hard to describe every product accurately, including fit notes, fabric details, and sizing guidance. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen, and minor variations in fabric and finish are normal.

Sizing. Some of our clothing follows Asian sizing, which often runs smaller than standard US sizes. When this applies, the product page says so and recommends a size. Please review the size chart and fit notes before ordering.

Sheer and photoshoot styles. Some occasion and photoshoot pieces are intentionally sheer and are designed to be layered over a bodysuit or swimsuit. This is noted on each applicable product page.

3. Product Use and Safety

Our products are comfort, convenience, and lifestyle accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Please follow any care or use instructions included with your product, and stop using any item that causes discomfort or irritation. For questions about breastfeeding, pumping, postpartum recovery, or your health, please consult your healthcare provider or an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

4. Educational Content

Any articles, tips, or resources on the Store are provided for general educational purposes only and are not medical advice. Our content draws on guidance from organizations such as the CDC, AAP, WHO, and the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine. Milking Mommas is not a medical provider, and our content does not replace personalized care from a qualified professional.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed. If an item was listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you. You can then choose to buy it at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.

6. Orders and Cancellations

Your order is an offer to buy, and we accept it when it ships. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, the order looks fraudulent, or there is a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

Because orders are processed quickly by our fulfillment partners, cancellation requests must reach us within [12] hours of placing your order at hello@milkingmommas.com. After an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. It can still be returned under our Refund Policy.

7. Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by trusted US-based fulfillment partners. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages. Estimated delivery times are listed in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot ship within the estimated time, we will let you know and give you the option to cancel for a full refund. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered to the carrier.

We currently ship to addresses within [the United States]. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost because of an incorrect address.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

9. Discounts and Promotions

Discount codes, including our first-order welcome offer, are limited to one per customer unless stated otherwise. They cannot be combined with other offers and have no cash value. They also cannot be applied to past orders. We may change or end any promotion at any time and may cancel orders that misuse promotional codes.

10. Reviews and User Content

When you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you confirm that it reflects your honest, personal experience and that you have the right to share it. You grant Milking Mommas a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and share that content in connection with our brand, including on social media, with credit where practical. We do not publish fake or paid-for reviews. We may remove content that is misleading, offensive, or violates these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Store, including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, photos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Milking Mommas and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. "Milking Mommas" and our logo are our brand marks.

12. Digital Products

Our digital guide, Nourishing Beginnings: The Complete Breastfeeding Guide, is sold separately through our Payhip storefront. It is governed by the separate Terms published there.

13. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose. You also agree not to attempt to interfere with its security or operation, submit false information or fraudulent orders, scrape or copy our content, or buy products for unauthorized resale.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

The Store may link to or use third-party websites and services, such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties beyond those stated in our Refund Policy or required by law. We do not guarantee that the Store will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
